“I am a passionate, organised and hands on leader who focusses on play based and discovery learning environments. I believe in fostering strong relationships with my families and having dynamic happy staff who work together as a team to provide a high standard of provision. I am excited to become part of the Duchess Nursery and wider Chatsworth schools family.”

Ovo
I am a very passionate teacher who loves to explore the outdoor environment and local community with the children; whilst giving them a sense of wonder and exploration. I think it is really important for children to gain an understanding of their world and to be introduced to different cultures, people and world celebrations. There is never a dull moment in the nursery, and on a daily basis I love to keep the children happy, engaged and learning through songs, storytelling, cooking, science, art, literacy, conversations and exciting play based activities.

I am thrilled to be a part of the Duchess team. I have always been passionate about early years education and really enjoy studying and working in this field. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, sewing, cooking and travelling.

Magda
Magda says:
I love working at Duchess because it is a very professional nursery and the standards are very high. Having worked at different nurseries in London over the years I have gained a lot of experience in childcare. Previously, in Poland I worked in a middle and high school for many years where I was teaching English. My aim is to obtain a Level 3 in early years education. I have many interests, and especially love riding a bike with my son, running, skiing and ice-skating. I am also keen on learning Italian, and reading psychological and philosophical books.

Maha
Maha says;
I enjoy making fresh lunches, teas and snacks for the Duchess Children who always make me smile. Being a trained practitioner means I can help out as needed when I am there and love time with the children.

I am very excited to have joined Duchess Nursery. Having worked in numerous nursery schools over the years, I can honestly say this is the best one yet!" In the future I hope to be able to look after disabled children and give their parents a well-earned rest over the weekend. I have many interests, including the outdoors, cooking, baking, arts and crafts and connecting with nature
